HOLD the Public Hearing related to the Annexation of Territory into CFD 2020-\n1.\n2. 5.1. Main Street Decorative Lighting Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Find that in accordance with Section 3.08.070(C)(2) of the City’s Municipal\nCode, there is no competitive advantage to be gained by bidding this project since\nthe City of West Hollywood performed a competitive bid process, which is\nconsistent with the City of San Jacinto standards, and is unlikely to yield better\nresults for the City.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with T&G Global, LLC\n(dba St. Nick’s Christmas Lighting and Décor) for $93,188.75 to furnish and\ninstall a decorative light system on Main Street between San Jacinto Avenue and\nJordan Avenue and a 10% contingency amount of $9,319, for change orders or\nadditional work to complete the project, for a total project cost of $102,508.\nDepartment: City Manager
