Annexation of Territory commonly known as Esplanade Commons into Community\nFacilities District No. 2020-1, Submitting the Levy of Special Tax to the Qualified\nElectors, Declaring Results of the Election, and Authorizing the Levy of Special\nTaxes for Annexation No. 8\nRECOMMENDATION\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. HOLD the Public Hearing related to the Annexation of Territory into CFD 2020-\n1.\n2. ADOPT Resolution No. 3975, calling a Special Election and authorizing the\nannexation of territory into CFD 2020-1 and the levy of a Special Tax, and\nsubmitting the levy of Special Tax to the Qualified Electors.\n3.
