San Jacinto Power – 2022 Power Content Label and Attestation\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1) Provide the attestation specified under California’s Power Source Disclosure\n(PSD) Program, which requires the governing council of a public agency\nproviding retail electric service to endorse the accuracy of each annual report\nand power content label, as submitted to the California Energy Commission,\nfor the previous year. In the case of San Jacinto Power (SJP), such\nattestations will be based on the California Choice Energy Authority’s\n(CalChoice) technical review and will address the 2022 Annual Reports and\nPower Content Labels (PCL) prepared for the SJP Community Choice\nAggregation (CCA) program.\nDepartment: Finance
