Lyon Avenue Sidewalk (phase 1) Project (CIP# 22-002) and Tahquitz Sewer\nMainline Replacement (Tahquitz) Project (CIP# CP-003)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1) Approve the plans and specifications for the Lyon Avenue Sidewalk (phase 1)\nProject (CIP# 22-002) and Tahquitz Sewer Mainline Replacement (Tahquitz)\nProject (CIP# CP-003);\n2) Approve an additional $367,752 of ARPA funds for Tahquitz Sewer Mainline\nreplacement;\n3) Award the construction contract to Scorpion Backhoe, Inc. for the sum of\n$807,439; allocate $80,744 for administration, inspection, and testing and\n$114,880 for construction contingencies;\n4) Reject all other bids; and\n5) Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract.\nDepartment: Engineering
