APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 2 WITH DUDEK FOR\nPROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE LIFT STATION\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF $47,100 AND\nEXTENDING THE TERM THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2023\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment No. 2\nincreasing the compensation amount by $47,100 and extending the term of the\nProfessional Design Services Agreement through December 31, 2023. If the City\nCouncil concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be: “I\nmove to approve Amendment No. 2 to the professional design services agreement\nwith Dudek, increasing the compensation amount by $47,100 and extend the\nagreement through December 31, 2023, for their continued services for the Lift\nStation Improvement Program, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment on behalf of the City.”

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO CITY OF SAN MARINO ADVISORY\nBODIES\nRecommendation: The Council Liaisons for the Design Review Committee recommend\nthe Council appointment of two (2) regular members and one (1) alternate member\nto serve two­year terms, each commencing on June 1, 2023, and one (1) alternate\nmember to complete the term ending May 31, 2024 (commencing immediately) to the\nDesign Review Committee. The Council Liaisons for the Library Board of Trustees\nrecommend the Council appointment of one (1) regular member and two (2) alternate\nmembers to serve three­year terms each commencing on June 1, 2023. If Council\nconcurs, the appropriate motions would be: “I move to appoint Christa Lakon and\nRick Chou as regular members and Suzanne Torgeson as an alternate member of the\nDesign Review Committee to serve terms ending May 31, 2025, and to appoint\nKimberlee Misek as an alternate member of the Design Review Committee to complete\nthe term ending May 31, 2024” and “I move to appoint Steve Domier as a regular\nmember, and Vivi Wahl and Sandy (Chiao) Wu as alternate members of the Library\nBoard of Trustees to serve terms ending May 31, 2026.”

If the Council concurs, an\nappropriate motion would be: “I move to approve Amendment No. 4 to the\nprofessional design services agreement with Crane Architectural Group and increase\nthe compensation amount in the agreement, as modified by Amendments No. 1, 2,\nand 3, by an additional $15,360; approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional\ndesign services agreement with Kelly Sutherlin McLeod Architecture, Inc., increasing\nthe total compensation amount by $21,480; approve amendment No. 1 to the\nprofessional services agreement with Griffin Structures increasing the total contract\namount by $65,000; authorize the procurement of additional hazardous materials\nabatement services from Vista Environmental in the amount of $39,672; and award a\nprofessional design services agreement in an amount not to exceed $275,000 to CSI\nFullmer for the design and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the\nSan Marino Center.”\nCONSENT CALENDAR
