The survey should\ncompare City Council compensation and benefits and the City Manager is to present the findings at\nthe first Council meeting in July, with recommendations for next steps. The purpose of this survey is\nto assess whether the current compensation allows residents of varying income levels to serve on\nthe City Council. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15302 (Replacement and\nReconstruction) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Award Bid # SP2694 to ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc., for Airport Mechanical\nEquipment Replacement and Additive Alternative Bid for Citywide On-Call Mechanical\nEquipment Services for the Public Works Department;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with ACCO Engineered\nSystems, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $1,993,090 (including a 10% contingency in\nthe amount of $181,190) for Airport Mechanical Equipment Replacement;\n4. Authorize the Director of Public Works to issue any necessary change orders to complete\nadditional work within contract authority for Airport Mechanical Equipment Replacement;\n5. Direct staff to proceed with setting the FY 2024-25 Operating and FY 2024-26 Biennial\nCapital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget Adoption hearing on June 25, 2024;\n3.
