Approving the project list for\nimprovements that are to be funded by Senate Bill 1; and, 2. Authorizing the\nCity Manager, or designee, to submit the project list and application for Road\nMaintenance and Rehabilitation Account funds to the California Transportation\nCommission.

Awarding and Authorizing Execution of a Professional Services\nAgreement with Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. for On-Call\nReimbursable Permit Review and Plan Check Services - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7403: 1. Awarding a three-year Professional\nServices Agreement to Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. for Reimbursable\nPermit Review and Plan Check Services in a not-to-exceed amount of\n$80,000 per year and a total not-to exceed amount of $240,000 for the\noriginal term; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute\nthe Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager the option to extend the\nAgreement up to two (2) additional one-year terms after its original term for a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $80,000 per additional term.

Renewal of Agreement for Prosecution Services with Orange County\nDistrict Attorney (OCDA) - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7404\napproving the renewal of an existing Agreement with Orange County District\nAttorney (OCDA) for prosecution of Seal Beach Municipal Code violations.\nThis Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for a five-year period\ncommencing July 1, 2023, terminating on June 30, 2028.
