F. Awarding and Authorizing Execution of a Professional Services\nAgreement with Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. for On-Call\nReimbursable Permit Review and Plan Check Services - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7403: 1. Awarding a three-year Professional\nServices Agreement to Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. for Reimbursable\nPermit Review and Plan Check Services in a not-to-exceed amount of\n$80,000 per year and a total not-to exceed amount of $240,000 for the\noriginal term; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute\nthe Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager the option to extend the\nAgreement up to two (2) additional one-year terms after its original term for a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $80,000 per additional term.
