ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-5712 CASTING VOTES FOR A\nCANDIDATE TO REPRESENT CITIES WITHOUT PRESCRIPTIVE WATER\nPUMPING RIGHTS ON THE BOARD OF THE SAN GABRIEL BASIN WATER\nQUALITY AUTHORITY\nThe City Council is requested to cast votes for a candidate to represent cities\nwithout prescriptive water pumping rights.\nPresenter: City Manager\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-5712 (Attachment “A”) casting the City’s votes to\nrepresent City of Temple City and other cities in the San Gabriel Basin without\nprescriptive water pumping rights; and\n2. Instruct the City Clerk to complete resolution attached to reflect Council’s\ndecision.
