A. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-5712 CASTING VOTES FOR A CANDIDATE TO REPRESENT CITIES WITHOUT PRESCRIPTIVE WATER PUMPING RIGHTS ON THE BOARD OF THE SAN GABRIEL BASIN WATER QUALITY AUTHORITY The City Council is requested to cast votes for a candidate to represent cities without prescriptive water pumping rights. Presenter: City Manager Recommendation: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-5712 (Attachment “A”) casting the City’s votes to represent City of Temple City and other cities in the San Gabriel Basin without prescriptive water pumping rights; and 2. Instruct the City Clerk to complete resolution attached to reflect Council’s decision.
