D. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR DIAL-A-RIDE TRANSPORTATION\nSERVICES\nThe City Council is requested to approve the agreement for dial-a-ride\ntransportation services.\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a two (2) year and ten (10) month Agreement for Dial-A-Ride\nTransportation Services with Southland Transit, Inc.; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in an amount not to\nexceed $2,121,472.60 over the full term of the agreement.

AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR TREE TRIMMER\nAND SENIOR RECREATION LEADER\nThe City Council is requested to approve the amendment to the Employee\nClassification Plan revising the minimum qualifications for the Tree Trimmer and\nSenior Recreation Leader positions.\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 24-5767 amending the\nEmployee Classification Plan.
