D. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR DIAL-A-RIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve the agreement for dial-a-ride transportation services. Recommendation: 1. Award a two (2) year and ten (10) month Agreement for Dial-A-Ride Transportation Services with Southland Transit, Inc.; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in an amount not to exceed $2,121,472.60 over the full term of the agreement.
