Safety and Accessibility\nProgram, !-188 (Fern Elementary and Seaside Elementary) for a two-year period\nbeginning May 21, 2024 and ending May 20, 2026; and\n4) Adopt a finding that the project is categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section\n15301(c) — Existing Facilities (Class 1) and that there are no features that distinguish\nthis project from others in the exempt class, and therefore, there are no unusual\ncircumstances.
