Expenditure: $1,866,272 (General\nFund and Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION initiating proceedings for the levy and collection of assessments\nwithin the City of Torrance Lighting District No. 99-1 for fiscal year 2024-25; and\n2) Adopt a RESOLUTION approving the Engineer’s Report in connection with the levy\nand collection of assessments within the City of Torrance Lighting District No. 99-1 for\nfiscal year 2024-25; and\n3) Adopt a RESOLUTION declaring its intention to levy and collect assessments within\nCity of Torrance Lighting District No. 99-1 for fiscal year 2024-25, and appointing the\ndate of June 18, 2024 for a public hearing.
