CITY OF TUSTIN 2023 WATER MASTER PLAN The Water Master Plan\n(WMP) is a detailed engineering report that analyzes the City’s water\nsystem by evaluating existing infrastructure, identifying water supply and\ndemand characteristics while updating the City’s water system hydraulic\nmodel (Model).
