Notice of Completion – Mojave Drive and Village Drive Pipeline Repair Project \nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable Victorville Water District Board of Directors accept as complete\nand approve the Notice of Completion for Mojave Drive and Village Drive Pipeline\nRepair Project and authorize the City Manager to execute the Notice of Completion.

10. Purchase of Tractor with Mower Attachment \nRecommendation:\nThat the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority (“SCLAA”) Board of\nDirectors:\nApprove the purchase of a John Deere 5095M Utility Tractor with an Alamo Falcon\n10 (mower attachment) in the amount of $127,598.90.

Payroll Demand Schedule No. 1B \nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council and Board of Directors ratify Payroll Demand Schedule No.\n1B for Payroll Period July 5, 2024, through July 19, 2024, in the amount of\n$2,468,158.16 covering Check Nos. 34189 through 34223, including Vendor\nchecks. Also included are Advice Nos. 316418 through 316977, per adopted budget\nfor Fiscal Year 2024-2025 (period covering July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025).

3. Reduction of Securities for street improvements associated with a fueling station\nlocated at the northwest corner of Bear Valley Road and Tamarisk Road \nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council approve the full release of the Faithful\nPerformance Security for street improvements associated with a fueling station\nlocated at the northwest corner of Bear Valley Road and Tamarisk Road.

4. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2451 \nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt, by second reading, Ordinance No. 2451 amending\nSections 2.16.020 and 2.16.030 of Chapter 2.16 of the Victorville Municipal Code\n(“City Council Compensation”) for the purpose of setting the new maximum monthly\nsalary for Victorville City Council Members based upon current population and\nproviding for future adjustments in said salaries pursuant to Senate Bill 329.

Reduction of Securities for Tract Map No. 17047 \nRecommendation:\n​That the Honorable City Council: \n(1) Approve an 80% release of the Drainage, Sewer, Street and Water Faithful\nPerformance Security for Tract Map No. 17047; and \n(2) Accept the completed Drainage, Sewer, Street and Water Public Improvements.​

Commercial Demand Schedule No. 6 \nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council and Board of Directors ratify Commercial Demand Schedule\nNo. 6 in the amount of $7,427,533.14, covering Electronic Fund Transfers No.\n340935 through 341078 and Warrant No. 796754 through 796924 for 09/05/2024\nthrough 09/18/2024, per the adopted budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the\nperiod covering July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 and Fiscal Year 2024-2025 for\nthe period covering July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
