Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2451 \nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt, by second reading, Ordinance No. 2451 amending\nSections 2.16.020 and 2.16.030 of Chapter 2.16 of the Victorville Municipal Code\n(“City Council Compensation”) for the purpose of setting the new maximum monthly\nsalary for Victorville City Council Members based upon current population and\nproviding for future adjustments in said salaries pursuant to Senate Bill 329.
