Appointment of Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem\nThat Your Honorable City Council\n(1) Direct the City Clerk to open nominations for the office of Mayor, take\nnominations, announce the outcome of the vote and declare the appointment upon\na majority vote of the Council;\n(2) Should the Council come to consensus on the office of Mayor, the newly\nappointed Mayor shall preside over the process for the office of Mayor Pro Tem,\nunless he/she prefers the City Clerk to facilitate the appointment; and\n(3) Open nominations for the office of Mayor Pro Tem, take nominations, and have\nthe City Clerk announce the outcome of the vote and declare the appointment upon\na majority vote of the Council.

11. Establish a Four-Way Stop Control for the Intersection of Bear Valley Road and\nMesa View Drive\nThat the Honorable City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-082, establishing a four-\nway stop control for the intersection of Bear Valley Road and Mesa View Drive.

Medical Respite Grant Agreement with Kaiser Foundation Hospitals to provide the\nCity with funding for strengthening health and housing pathways through Wellness\nCenter recuperative care navigation\nThat the Honorable City Council take the following actions:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-084, accepting the Strengthening Health and Housing\nPathways Through Wellness Center Recuperative Care Navigation Grant with the\nKaiser Foundation Hospitals providing the City with $150,000.00 for advancing the\nmedical respite ecosystem, and authorizing the City Manager to finalize all\ndocuments needed and to execute the grant contract; and\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. 25-085, amending the annual budget for Fiscal Year\n2025-2026 to reflect an additional appropriation in the amount of $150,000.

This total includes:\n•\nEmployee Check Nos. 34679 through 34685 and 34695 in the amount of\n$7,215.36.\n•\nVendor Check Nos. 34686 through 34693 in the amount of $5,747.42.\n•\nAdvice Nos. 333387 through 334041 in the amount of $1,669,209.79; and\n•\nVendor Electronic Payments totaling $914,578.29.\nAll expenditures are consistent with the adopted Fiscal Year 2025–2026 Budget\n(covering July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026).
