Approve the First Amendment to the agreement for Professional Services\nbetween the City of Walnut and Eide Bailly LLP, in substantially the form\nattached hereto, and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager the execute and administer the First Amendment\nand any other documentations necessary to affect the foregoing, on behalf of\nthe City, in such final form as approved by City Attorney.

6. Bingo Permit Application and Request for Waiver – Submitted by the\nWalnut Senior Citizens Club\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the bingo permit application submitted by the Walnut Senior\nCitizens Club Fiscal Year 2023-24;\n2. Waive any applicable facility use fees and insurance requirements;\n3. Waive the bingo permit application fee and monthly gross receipts fees; and\n4. Accept a bi-monthly donation of $350.00.
