2. Resolution No. 23-24 - A Resolution of the City of Walnut Allowing Certain\nClaims and Demands in the Amount of $1,022,582.04 Demand No. 166395\nthrough No. 166481, Both Inclusive\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-24.

3. Resolution No. 23-25 – Denouncing Antisemitism and Condemning All\nForms of Hatred\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-25, “A\nResolution of the City Council of the City of Walnut, Denouncing Antisemitism\nand Condemning All Forms of Hatred.”

4. First Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the\nCity of Walnut and Eide Bailly LLP\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the First Amendment to the agreement for Professional Services\nbetween the City of Walnut and Eide Bailly LLP, in substantially the form\nattached hereto, and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager the execute and administer the First Amendment\nand any other documentations necessary to affect the foregoing, on behalf of\nthe City, in such final form as approved by City Attorney.

5. Multi-Way Stop Warrant Results – Francesca Senior Housing\nRecommendation: That the City Council received and file this report.

6. Bingo Permit Application and Request for Waiver – Submitted by the\nWalnut Senior Citizens Club\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the bingo permit application submitted by the Walnut Senior\nCitizens Club Fiscal Year 2023-24;\n2. Waive any applicable facility use fees and insurance requirements;\n3. Waive the bingo permit application fee and monthly gross receipts fees; and\n4. Accept a bi-monthly donation of $350.00.

7. Notice of Decision(s) – May 17, 2023 Planning Commission Meetings\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Receive and File the “Notice of Decision” by the Planning Commission at\nits May 17, 2023 Meeting for the following Item(s)/Project(s):\na) General Plan (GP) Conformity Determination\nb) Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) 83657 and Site Plan Case/Architectural\nReview(s) (SPC/Ars) 2023-012 & 2023-013;\nc) Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2023-003;\nd) Eight (8) – Unit Residential Project on Valley Boulevard.

8. Resolution No. 23-06 WHA - A Resolution of the Walnut Housing Authority\nAllowing Certain Claims and Demands in the Amount of $32,092.06 Demand\nNo. 100432 through No. 100432, Both Inclusive\nRecommendation: That the Authority adopt Resolution No. 23-06 WHA.
