6. Bingo Permit Application and Request for Waiver – Submitted by the Walnut Senior Citizens Club Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve the bingo permit application submitted by the Walnut Senior Citizens Club Fiscal Year 2023-24; 2. Waive any applicable facility use fees and insurance requirements; 3. Waive the bingo permit application fee and monthly gross receipts fees; and 4. Accept a bi-monthly donation of $350.00.
