5. Third Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the\nCity of Walnut and VCS Environmental\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute and administer the Third\nAmendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the City of\nWalnut and VCS Environmental, in substantially the form attached hereto,\nand in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and administer implementing\ndocuments and amendments necessary to complete the professional services\ncontemplated by the Agreement, as amended, provided developer funds are\navailable in the project deposit account and the implementing documents and\namendments are in such final form as approved by the City Attorney

6. First Amendment to Site Lease Agreement with T Mobile West, LLC\n(Butterfield Park)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the First Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement with T-Mobile\nWest, LLC (“Tenant”).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the Site\nLease Agreement on behalf of the City Council, in substantially the form\nattached hereto, and in such final form as may be approved by the City\nAttorney.

7. Approval of Agreement for Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR)\nProgram with Flock Safety\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Government Agency Customer Agreement with Flock Safety for\nthe continuation of the Automated License Plate Reader Program throughout\nthe City;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n3. Appropriate $80,000 from Citizen’s Options for Public Safety (COPS) Fund\nReserves to COPS Equipment Maintenance (07-8003-6247) for Necessary\nMaintenance.
