7. Approval of Agreement for Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) Program with Flock Safety Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Approve the Government Agency Customer Agreement with Flock Safety for the continuation of the Automated License Plate Reader Program throughout the City; 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City in substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Appropriate $80,000 from Citizen’s Options for Public Safety (COPS) Fund Reserves to COPS Equipment Maintenance (07-8003-6247) for Necessary Maintenance.
