2.\n(Brookside) – A proposal is being made to subdivide a 25.84-acre property into twenty-seven (27) residential lots. These lots will be used to develop twenty-seven (27) single-family, detached homes at 800 Meadow Pass Road (APN: 8709-093-001, -002, & -300).\n\nRecommendation:\nThe City Council should:\n1. Open the Public Hearing.\n2. Hear the Staff Report.\n3. Solicit public input on this matter.\n4. Discuss the proposal.\n5. Close the Public Hearing.\n6. Pursuant to Walnut Municipal Code (WMC) Section 6.80.160(B), consider the Planning Commission’s decision approving the Brookside project. This includes the following resolutions:\n a. Resolution No. 26-05, certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) based on the Statement of Findings. This includes incorporating the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) into the Project’s Conditions of Approval (COA).\n b. Resolution No. 26-06, approving Tentative Tract Map (TTM) No. 72798. This is consistent with and as mandated by Senate Bill (SB) 330, the Housing Crisis Act of 2019.

3.\nResolution No. 26-04 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Walnut\nAllowing Certain Claims and Demands in the Amount of $1,106,699.73,\nDemand No. 201045 Through No. 201121, Both Inclusive Fiscal Year 2025-26\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution No. 26-04.

4.\nAgreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group for $88,665.34\nfor LED Lighting Upgrades at the Teen Center, Public Works Yard, and City\nHall Exterior Walkways/Parking Areas\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council:\n1.\nApprove an Agreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group\n(FSG) in the amount of $88,665.34 for the purchase and installation of LED\nlighting upgrades at the Teen Center, Public Works Yard, and City Hall\nexterior walkways and parking areas;\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney;\n3.\nAuthorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Facility Solutions Group consistent\nwith the attached work orders and scopes, in a total amount not to exceed\n$88,665.34; and\n4.\nAuthorize staff to issue change orders to Facility Solutions Group, as\nnecessary, in an amount not to exceed 10% of the Agreement ($8,866.53) for\nproject contingencies.

5.\nAgreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group for $13,744.24\nfor Park N Ride LED Fixture Replacement and Appropriation of Restricted\nMETRO Proposition A Funds (Fund 23) to the Project\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council:\n1.\nApprove $13,744.24 from restricted METRO Proposition A Fund Reserves\n(Fund 23) for the Park N Ride LED Fixture Replacement Project; and\n2.\nApprove an Agreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group\n(FSG) in the amount of $13,744.24 for the purchase and installation of LED\npole light fixtures at the Park N Ride Lot;\n3.\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney;\n4.\nAuthorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Facility Solutions Group consistent\nwith the attached work order and scope, in a total amount not to exceed\n$13,744.24; and\n5.\nAuthorize staff to issue change orders to Facility Solutions Group, as\nnecessary, in an amount not to exceed 10% of the Agreement ($1,374.42) for\nproject contingencies.
