Agreement for Vendor Services with Facility Solutions Group for $88,665.34 for LED Lighting Upgrades at the Teen Center, Public Works Yard, and City Hall Exterior Walkways/Parking Areas (FSG) in the amount of $88,665.34 for the purchase and installation of LED lighting upgrades at the Teen Center, Public Works Yard, and City Hall exterior walkways and parking areas; substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; with the attached work orders and scopes, in a total amount not to exceed $88,665.34; and necessary, in an amount not to exceed 10% of the Agreement ($8,866.53) for project contingencies.
