Find that the ordinance is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exception).\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

4) CONSIDERATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND RATIFICATION OF CONTRACT\nCHANGE ORDERS FOR WALMERADO PARK RESTROOM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT -\nPROJECT NO. 22026\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Ratify change orders to the construction agreement with R Dependable Construction, Inc.\nfor the Walmerado Park Restroom Improvements Project (Project No. 22026) (the\n"Project"), with a final contract amount of $289,209.93; and\n2. Accept work performed by R Dependable Construction, Inc. for the Project, with a final\ncontract amount of $289,209.93; and\n3.
