Introduce the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 2513 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 2-402 OF ARTICLE VIII OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO CAMPAIGN FINANCE REGULATIONS 2.
