4) CONSIDERATION OF CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT FOR CITYWIDE SIDEWALK, CURB &\n GUTTER REPAIRS - PROJECTS NOS. 21014 & 21015\n It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n 1. Award the construction agreement for the Citywide Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Repairs\n (Projects Nos. 21014 & 21015) to C J Concrete Construction, Inc. as the lowest\n responsible bidder.\n 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with C J Concrete\n Construction, Inc. for $250,258.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.\n 3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute any amendments up to 15% of the\n awarded contract amount.\n 4. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality\n Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or\n Reconstruction); and\n 5. Receive and file the Third Quarter Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2023-24; and\n 2. 6) APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ORDER FOR FORD FLEET CARE FY 2024-25\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Ford Fleet Care utilizing the\nSourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Fiscal Year 2024-25.\n2. 7) CONSIDERATION OF MICROTRANSIT PILOT PROJECT\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Measure M Grant Agreement with the Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) for Visionary Project Seed\nFunding;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Transit as-a-Service (TaaS)\nService Order with Nomad Transit, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Via Transportation,\nInc., and to approve a project budget not to exceed $1,098,484, to carry out a turnkey\nmicrotransit pilot program for a 12-month period, in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate any amendments to the agreements in such form\nas approved by the City Attorney;\n4. Provide direction regarding the proposed plan for the delivery of transit services; and\n5.
