Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Transit as-a-Service (TaaS) Service Order with Nomad Transit, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Via Transportation, Inc., and to approve a project budget not to exceed $1,098,484, to carry out a turnkey microtransit pilot program for a 12-month period, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate any amendments to the agreements in such form as approved by the City Attorney; 4. Provide direction regarding the proposed plan for the delivery of transit services; and 5.
