3) CONSIDERATION OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO OPERATING AGREEMENT AND\nMEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT REGARDING EXERCISE OF SECOND OPTION TO\nEXTEND SUBLEASE FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT THE LAKES AT WEST COVINA\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute:\n1.
