3) CONSIDERATION OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO OPERATING AGREEMENT AND MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT REGARDING EXERCISE OF SECOND OPTION TO EXTEND SUBLEASE FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT THE LAKES AT WEST COVINA It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute: 1. The First Amendment to the Operating Agreement for a Portion of the Parking Facilities with CIP 2014/SG Covina Owner LLC (CIP), to renew and extend the term of the Agreement through May 14, 2028. 2. The Memorandum of Agreement Regarding Exercise of Second Option to Extend Sublease of Parking Facilities at the Lakes at West Covina with CIP 2014/SG Covina Owner LLC, extending the term of the Sublease through July 31, 2028.
