7) CONSIDERATION OF OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY (OTS) GRANTS FOR POLICE & FIRE DEPARTMENTS It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Accept the Grants Numbers PT25086 and EM25018 from the State Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), and authorize the City Manager and the City Manager's authorized designees to execute all grant related documents, in such form as approved by the City Attorney; and 2.
