5) CONSIDERATION OF AWARD OF BID AND AGREEMENT FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Award Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 202413 to All-City Management Services, Inc. for crossing guard services; 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement and any related documents with All-City Management Services, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $2,128,426 over a five-year term, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and 3.
