Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Dell Marketing L.P. for the term of September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2029, and a maximum compensation amount of $747,520.77, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney. 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents necessary in connection with the purchase.
