4) CONSIDERATION OF NEW AGREEMENT WITH DELL MARKETING L.P. FOR MICROSOFT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the purchase of Microsoft products and services from Dell Marketing L.P. through participation in Microsoft Enterprise Agreement No. 8084445 between the County of Riverside and Microsoft Corporation and Licensed Support Provider Agreement No. ITARC-00934 between the County of Riverside and Dell Marketing L.P. in the amount of $154,195.31 per year for products and services provided to City Hall and $94,978.28 per year for products and services provided to the Police Department. 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Dell Marketing L.P. for the term of September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2029, and a maximum compensation amount of $747,520.77, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney. 3.
