4) CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENTS FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT FLEET MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Award Request for Proposals No. 2026-15 for Fire Department Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services to Performance Truck Repair, Inc., ReNewell Fleet Service, LLC, and Fleetworks, Inc.; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute agreements with Performance Truck Repair, Inc., ReNewell Fleet Service, LLC, and Fleetworks, Inc. for a five-year term commencing August 1, 2026 and ending July 31, 2031, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and 3.
