5.2 Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement with Paymentus Corporation for\nElectronic Bill Payment Services.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council\nauthorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 with Paymentus\nCorporation for electronic bill payment services for the term ending March 24,\n2024, in an amount not to exceed $130,000.

5.3 Increase Purchase Order to Wittman Enterprises, LLC for Paramedic and\nAmbulance Transportation Billing Services for Fiscal Year 2022-23.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council\nincrease the purchase order for Wittman Enterprises by $26,000 for paramedic\nand ambulance transportation billing services for Fiscal Year 2022-23.

6.1 Resolution Rescinding a Level 1 Water Supply Shortage.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council adopt a\nResolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING A LEVEL 1 WATER\nSUPPLY SHORTAGE.”
