3.7 Adoption of Plans and Specifications and Authorization to Solicit Construction Bids for the Westminster Boulevard Street Improvement Project from Goldenwest Street to Hoover Street. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council: A. Approve the plans and specifications for the Westminster Boulevard Street Improvement Project from Goldenwest Street to Hoover Street, and authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve minor modifications to the plans and specifications to accommodate requested revisions from public safety and utility agencies; and Page 9 JULY 26, 2023 B.
