Approve an increase to the Revenue Budget, Account Number 58000-34294 (I/gvt\nState-Other) in the amount of $140,430; and\nB. Approve an increase to the Expenditure Budget, Account Number 58002-581400\n(Motor Pool-Equipment Replacement) in the amount of $150,000; and\nC. Approve the purchase of two Ford F150 Lightning Electric Pickup Trucks from\nTranswest Truck Center, of Fontana, CA, in the amount not to exceed $150,000.

5.3 Award of Contract for the Garden Grove Boulevard Street Improvement Project from\nEdwards Street to Beach Boulevard - Project Plan. No. 2563.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount of\n$2,393,844.50 to R.J. Noble Company and that all other bids be rejected; and\nB. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $239,384.45 for potential change\norders; and\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.

5.5 Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Animal Shelter Services in Fiscal\nYear.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Animal Shelter Services increasing\nits cost by $9,500 a month starting on June 1, 2024 costing an additional $9,500 in\nFiscal Year 2023-2024 and $114,000 in 2024-2025 bringing the total contract cost\nfor Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to $732,684 and authorizing the City Manager or her\ndesignee to execute the amended agreement; and\nB. Approve the second option year renewal of the Agreement taking effect on July 1,\n2024.
