Approve the First Amendment to the Theater Facility Management Services Agreement\nfor the Operation of the Rose Center Theater with Friends of the Rose Center Theater\nfor a term to conclude on June 30, 2026, with one optional three-month extension; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.

Approve the Second Amendment to the existing Concession Agreement with\nMastroianni Family Enterprises, LLC, dba Jay’s Catering for a term to conclude daily\noperation on August 31, 2025 and for a single day use on October 11, 2025 in the amount\nof 60 percent (60%) venue fee and 10 percent (10%) food and beverage fee, estimated\n$3,500 fee; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on the City’s behalf in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
