3.4 Second Amendment to Concession Agreement with Mastroianni Family Enterprises, LLC dba Jay’s Catering for Onsite Catering and Venue Operation at the Rose Center. RECOMMENDATION: ..Recommendation A. Approve the Second Amendment to the existing Concession Agreement with Mastroianni Family Enterprises, LLC, dba Jay’s Catering for a term to conclude daily operation on August 31, 2025 and for a single day use on October 11, 2025 in the amount of 60 percent (60%) venue fee and 10 percent (10%) food and beverage fee, estimated $3,500 fee; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on the City’s behalf in a form approved by the City Attorney.
