3.4 Amendment No. 1 for the Engineering Design Services Contract for HVAC and Roof Replacement Project at the City Hall, Council Chambers, Community Services, and Senior Center Buildings. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the existing Engineering Design Services Contract for HVAC and Roof Replacement Project at the City Hall, Council Chambers, Community Services, and Senior Center Buildings (2024-005) with Pickard Architects in the amount of $36,600; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement on the City’s behalf in a form approved by the City Attorney.
