7. First amendment to contract with Tripepi Smith for SB 1383 marketing\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1. Approve the First Amendment to the contract with Tripepi Smith\nto continue assisting the Town with SB 1383 public education,\noutreach and marketing, and;\n2. Authorize the Town Manager to sign all related documents in a\nform approved by the Town Attorney and make any non-\nsubstantive changes.

Measure Y, Town-Wide Crack Seal Project – Town Project No.7037-2023:\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n· Approving the award of a construction contract with American\nAsphalt South, Inc., in the amount of $236,542.60 to construct\nTown-Wide Crack Seal Project; and\n· Authorizing construction, construction contingencies and\ninspection costs in the total amount of $294,000.00; and\n· Authorizes the Mayor, Town Manager, and Town Attorney to\nexecute the agreement, and authorizes the Town Manager or\ndesignee to expend contingency funds, if necessary, for project\ncompletion.
