Approve the First Amendment to the contract with Tripepi Smith\nto continue assisting the Town with SB 1383 public education,\noutreach and marketing, and;\n2. Authorize the Town Manager to sign all related documents in a\nform approved by the Town Attorney and make any non-\nsubstantive changes.
