10. Yucca Valley Aquatic and Recreation Center ("YVARC") Project Update\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council receive and file the report.

11. Approval of Funding Contracts between the Town and San Bernardino County\nRecommendation:\n· It is recommended that the Town Council approves the proposed\ncontract between the Town and San Bernardino County related\nto the American Rescue Plan Act, providing $3,904,958 in\nCoronavirus Local Relief Fund dollars towards the Yucca Valley\nAquatic and Recreation Center project.\n· It is recommended that the Town Council approves the proposed\ncontract between the Town and San Bernardino County related\nto the Board of Supervisors Discretionary Fund, providing\n$1,095,402 in discretionary funding towards the Yucca Valley\nAquatic and Recreation Center project.\n· Authorize the Town Manager to execute the contract and the\nTown's Finance Manager to execute any related supplemental\nfinancial documentation for grant administration and reporting\npurposes throughout the grant performance and monitoring\nperiod.

12. Public Art Program Temporary Art Installation – Library Plaza\nRecommendation:\nThat the Council approve and accept the recommendation of the\nParks, Recreation, and Cultural Commission, selecting the\nsubmission of Gubby Beckenstein as the art installation for the\nPublic Art Program Temporary Art Installation - Library Plaza.

13. Spring/Summer 2024 Community Services Planned Programs\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council accept the recommendation of the Parks,\nRecreation and Cultural Commission and approve the Spring/Summer\n2024 programs and events organized and conducted by the Community\nServices Department.

Amending the FY2023/24 Fiscal Year Budget Gas Tax Fund 515,\n59-Street Operations account 7113 Contracted Professional\nServices in the amount of $ 90,000.00 increasing the adopted\nbudget from $ 115,000.00 to $ 205,000.00.\n2.
