Approval of Funding Contracts between the Town and San Bernardino County\nRecommendation:\n· It is recommended that the Town Council approves the proposed\ncontract between the Town and San Bernardino County related\nto the American Rescue Plan Act, providing $3,904,958 in\nCoronavirus Local Relief Fund dollars towards the Yucca Valley\nAquatic and Recreation Center project.\n· It is recommended that the Town Council approves the proposed\ncontract between the Town and San Bernardino County related\nto the Board of Supervisors Discretionary Fund, providing\n$1,095,402 in discretionary funding towards the Yucca Valley\nAquatic and Recreation Center project.\n· Authorize the Town Manager to execute the contract and the\nTown's Finance Manager to execute any related supplemental\nfinancial documentation for grant administration and reporting\npurposes throughout the grant performance and monitoring\nperiod.

Amending the FY2023/24 Fiscal Year Budget Gas Tax Fund 515,\n59-Street Operations account 7113 Contracted Professional\nServices in the amount of $ 90,000.00 increasing the adopted\nbudget from $ 115,000.00 to $ 205,000.00.\n2.
