FY 2024-25 General Fund & Measure Y Partnership Funding Allocations\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Town Council:\n- Approve the allocation of the Town’s FY2024-25 Measure Y\nPartnership of $100,000 to the recommended applicants attached in\nExhibit B: Measure Y Partnership Final Scorecard FY2024-25.\n- Direct staff to incorporate funding for Public Art and Homelessness\npartnership programs in the FY2024-26 Adopted Budget and return to\nCouncil with recommended partners at a future meeting date.\n- Direct staff to include future Measure Y Partnership funding\nopportunities as part of the Town's annual and/or mid-year budget\ncycle as the Town gains clarity on voter-approved Measure Y funds.

Honeywell Building Automation - Services: Award of a Town-wide Five-Year\nHVAC Service Agreement\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council awards a five-year service agreement, from July\n1, 2024 to June 30, 2029, between the Town and Honeywell\nInternational, Inc., through its Honeywell Building Automation -\nServices business unit, authorizing the Town Manager to enter in an\nagreement, in the amount of $350,570.48 for HVAC Maintenance\nServices.

8. TEFRA Hearing for Aztec Mobile Home Estates Conduit Financing\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1. Conduct the public hearing under the requirements of TEFRA\nand the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.\n2. Adopt the resolution approving the issuance of private, conduit,\ntax-exempt bonds (“Bonds”) by the California Municipal Finance\nAuthority (“CMFA”) for the benefit of Caritas Affordable Housing,\nInc. 9. Yucca Valley Aquatic and Recreation Center Project – Town Project 6009, Award\nof Construction Contract.
