4.\nAmendment of the Authorized Position list and Salary Schedule\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council adopt Resolution No. 25-XX authorizing positions\nfor fiscal years 2025-26, and authorizing pay ranges for such positions\nfor fiscal year 2025-26.

5.\nTown Project No. 9101: Old Town Beautification and Sustainability Project Phase\n1 - Notice of Completion\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1- Accepts the project as substantially complete; authorizes staff to\nfile the Notice of Completion; authorizes the reduction of the\nFaithful Performance Bond to 10%; and directs staff to retain the\nLabor and Material Bond for six (6) months for Project No. 9101;\nand\n2- Approves Amendment #2 with RHA Landscape ArchitectsPlanners, Inc., in the amount of $1,900.00, increasing the original\ncontract amount from $171,800.00 to $173,700.00 .

6.\nAuthorization to Purchase New Heavy Equipment, Water Truck\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council authorizes the purchase of one (1) new 2025\nFreightliner Water Truck from West Mark for the discounted price of\n$161,469.60, plus delivery, timing of purchase, and options at\n$13,425.00, for the not-to-exceed amount of $174,894.60; and\nauthorizes the Town Manager, or designee to execute all documents for\nthe purchase.
