5.\nTown Project No. 9101: Old Town Beautification and Sustainability Project Phase\n1 - Notice of Completion\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1- Accepts the project as substantially complete; authorizes staff to\nfile the Notice of Completion; authorizes the reduction of the\nFaithful Performance Bond to 10%; and directs staff to retain the\nLabor and Material Bond for six (6) months for Project No. 9101;\nand\n2- Approves Amendment #2 with RHA Landscape ArchitectsPlanners, Inc., in the amount of $1,900.00, increasing the original\ncontract amount from $171,800.00 to $173,700.00 .
