I. Notice of Completion for the Beverly Manor Well Rehabilitation, CIP\nWT0904 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7577: 1. Accepting the\nBeverly Manor Well Rehabilitation, CIP WT0904, by General Pump Company,\nInc., in the amount of $674,360; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a\n“Notice of Completion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen\n(15) days from the date of acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35)\ndays after recordation of the Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims\nbeing filed on the Project.
