Awarding and Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with\nStantec Consulting Services, Inc., for the San Gabriel River Trash\nMitigation Initiative Feasibility Study - That the City Council adopt\nResolution 7578: 1. Approving and awarding a Professional Services\nAgreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., in a not-to-exceed amount\nof $349,933 to provide research, analysis, and support services for the San\nGabriel River Trash Mitigation Initiative Feasibility Study; and, 2. Authorizing\nand directing the City Manager to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement.
