K. Notice of Completion for Pier Restroom Renovation Project, CIP BP2202\n- That the City Council adopt Resolution 7579: 1. Accepting the Pier Restroom\nRenovation Project, CIP BP2202, by R Dependable Const Inc., in the amount\nof $261,070.08; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice of Completion”\nwith the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen (15) days from the date\nof acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35) days after recordation of\nthe Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.
