Approving a Professional Services Agreement between\nthe City of Seal Beach and Michael Baker International, Inc., for the City’s\nLocal Coastal Program update for an amount not-to-exceed $450,000 for the\ncontract term; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute\nthe Agreement.
